Job summary

Purosearch Ltd in Wellingborough is seeking a Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well‑regarded specialist nursing home caring for residents with dementia and complex mental health needs. This full‑time, permanent role offers a competitive salary up to £57,500 depending on experience.

You will be an NMC registered nurse with prior Home Manager experience, strong governance knowledge and a compassionate leadership style, responsible for overall management, care planning, audits and staff

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse with leadership experience.
• Previous Home Manager experience in a nursing/care setting.
• Strong dementia and/or mental health care background.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse and confident leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home and lead an established team.
