Rotherwood is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for a nursing home in the Lymington area. The role focuses on delivering outstanding, person-centred care while leading a high-performing team.

You will drive occupancy, ensure CQC compliance, manage budgets, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals. A commercially minded leader with a passion for quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation.
• Proven track record of delivering high standards of care.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercially aware with occupancy and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the home's staff team.
• Ensure excellent standards of care and full CQC compliance.
• Oversee budgets and the commercial performance of the home.
• Drive occupancy and build relationships with residents, families and professionals.
• Promote a culture of kindness, compassion and high-quality care.
• Work closely with the Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider support teams.
