Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee care home operations in the Norfolk area, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care. You will drive financial and business objectives across services, with a focus on private market growth.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to analyse data to improve performance. The position is full-time, based on-site with a 9am–5pm schedule and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing operations in a care home or healthcare setting.
• Strong people management skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Solid knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in care homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key contacts in the region, targeting the private market.
• Lead Sales & Business Development activities for all branches.
• Ensure services are resourced through effective recruitment management.
• Conduct regular audits of branches to ensure financial and operational processes are followed.
• Hold one-to-one reviews with branch managers to develop their business areas and skills.
