JCO Healthcare is proud to be partnering with an expanding private care provider to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for one of their well-performing nursing homes in Cardiff.

The home is a well-established, medium-sized nursing service with a positive local reputation, stable occupancy, and strong foundations already in place. The successful candidate will inherit a team that is engaged, supportive, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care.

Importantly, NMC registration is not essential for this position, as the service benefits from strong clinical leadership and experienced nursing support.
