Job summary

A senior Registered Nurse is invited to lead the team at a 17-bed Complex Care Nursing Home on Guernsey. This full-time, permanent post is 40 hours per week over five days with flexibility around start/finish times and no weekends.

You will report to the Deputy Manager with support from three other group Care Home Managers, and you will guide care for residents with complex medical needs. NMC registration (RGN or RMN) and a Level 5 Management qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Current or recent experience at Deputy Nursing Home Manager or Home Manager level.
• Level 5 Management qualification, or willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home and a team of staff to deliver outstanding levels of care.
• Oversee budget management and HR activities within the home.
• Ensure compliance with care home regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Deputy Manager and group Care Home Managers for support.
