Job summary

Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment seeks a senior Registered Nurse to lead a 17-bed Complex Care Nursing Home on Guernsey. You will head the home, support a team, and ensure outstanding care for residents with complex health needs.

The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week with no weekends, offering development opportunities within a private, family-run operator across Guernsey.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Experience as Deputy Nursing Home Manager or Home Manager.
• Clinical background caring for residents with Complex Health needs.
• Level 5 Management qualification or willingness to undertake.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Sound knowledge of Care Home regulations and legislation.
• Experience in budget management and HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home and a team to deliver high standards of care.
• Oversee daily operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support professional development and performance of staff.
• Collaborate with Deputy Manager and group Care Home Managers.
