Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for your next challenge? We are working with a well-established care provider seeking a passionate and commercially minded Home Manager to lead a successful residential and/or nursing care home.

The Role

As Care Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, operational performance, and occupancy levels are achieved.

You will be supported by a strong regional and central support network, alongside an experienced Deputy Manager, Administration team, and Hospitality and Housekeeping departments.

• Demonstrable success in increasing occupancy and promoting care services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and improving residents' quality of life.

Desirable

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN (desirable but not essential)
• Experience within a medium to large care home setting.
• Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
