Job summary

The NHS Jobs is seeking a Trainee Nursing Associate who has completed the two‑year training programme, including a Level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent and NMC registration. The post holder will work with the Registered Nurse and the multi‑professional team to provide and monitor care in line with service pathways.

You will participate in ongoing assessment, care planning and delivery of person‑centred care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the Trainee Nursing Associate programme with Level 5 Foundation Degree equivalent and NMC registration.
• Able to work with Registered Nurse and multi-professional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of nursing care as delegated by a registered practitioner.
• Escalate concerns to the Registered Nurse on duty.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain privacy, dignity and safety of individuals at all times.
• Assist with monitoring health needs and supporting care plans.
• Contribute to team success and service improvements.
