The post involves working with Registered Nurses and a multi-professional team to provide and monitor care in line with service pathways.

Qualifications

• Completion of the 2-year Trainee Nursing Associate programme with Level 5 Foundation Degree or equivalent
• NMC registration is required
• Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide and monitor a broad range of nursing care as directed by a registered practitioner.
• Escalate concerns to the Registered Nurse on duty for advice and guidance.
• Work with the multi-professional team to assess and respond to patient needs
• Maintain patient safety, privacy and dignity in all care interactions
