You will engage in a preceptorship with the Nursing Associate Medicines Management Competency framework, promote reflection, give constructive feedback, and contribute to learning environments and staff development.

Qualifications

• Comply with mandatory competencies in line with Trust policy.
• Engage in a preceptorship period that includes achieving the Nursing Associate Medicines Management Competency framework.
• Maintain CPD in accordance with NMC requirements and contribute to personal development plans.
• Support, supervise, teach and act as a role model to trainee nursing associates, student nurses, healthcare support workers and new staff, promoting reflection and providing constructive feedback.
• Adopt a reflective approach to practice and undertake further training as required to comply with Trust policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Identify and participate in learning opportunities to inform practice.
• Contribute to the learning environment and ward/unit meetings.
• Comply with NMC regulations relating to revalidation to maintain NMC registration.
• Act as a professional role model and adhere to organisational policies and values.
• Undertake additional duties within the scope of the post as required.
