Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, person centred nursing care under supervision.
• Support care planning by assessing needs, preferences and choices.
• Safeguard and protect vulnerable adults and children.
• Deliver planned interventions with the Registered Nurse and participate in care delivery.
