Job summary

Family First is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge in Surrey to lead and support a warm, inclusive team within a local nursery. You will safeguard children, model high standards, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Confident written and spoken English.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery leadership by modelling positive behaviours and maintaining high standards.
• Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
