Footsteps Nursery Stafford, part of Family First Nurseries Group, is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge to join our caring, enthusiastic team. You’ll support children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment and help maintain high standards while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Confident written and spoken English.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
• Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
