Family First Nurseries Group is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge at our Surrey site to lead with warmth and professionalism. You will support the leadership team, oversee daily routines and nurture a safe, engaging environment for children.

The role requires EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and confident English communication. You’ll coaching staff, build parental partnerships, and help maintain staffing ratios while delivering high-quality early years education.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
• Confident written and spoken English.

The Role

As a Nursery Thirdin Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,engaging environment. You will:

• Support thenursery leadership team by leading through positive rolemodelling and maintaining high standards.
