Family First Nurseries Group is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge at our Surrey site to lead with warmth and professionalism. You will support the leadership team, oversee daily routines and nurture a safe, engaging environment for children.

The role requires EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and confident English communication. You’ll coaching staff, build parental partnerships, and help maintain staffing ratios while delivering high-quality early years education.

Formación

• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
• Confident written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support nursery leadership by modelling high standards.
• Coach and supervise staff through teamwork.
• Build partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication.
• Help manage staffing, ratios and daily operations.
