Family First Nurseries Group is hiring a Nursery Third in Charge for The Hammersmith Day Nursery and Preschool in London. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible options and a salary of £35,500 per annum.

You will lead the nursery team, support staff development and build strong partnerships with families in a nurturing environment. Benefits include flexible working options, 33 days holiday, 75% childcare discount for your own children, career growth and DBS paid for.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
• Confident written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
• Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
