Job summary

Toad Hall Nursery Group in Wellingborough is seeking a dedicated nursery leader to inspire warmth, confidence and creativity across our team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure EYFS standards are embedded, support staff development and drive high-quality learning experiences for children.

Based at our Glenvale Park site, you will work within a supportive, inclusive culture that values safeguarding, health and safety, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant qualification or experience within the childcare sector is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills and the ability to implement EYFS and safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
• Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
• Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.

About our Wellingborough Nursery

Located in Glenvale Park, our purpose-built nursery opened in December 2023 and features three spacious rooms and a large garden.

The nursery can accommodate up to 100 children per day, offering an engaging and enabling environment.

We provide free on-site parking, and the train station is just a 5-minute drive away for those using public transport.
