Job summary

St Aidan's Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Assistant Level 2 with SEND to join our Nursery team. You will support learning, promote communication and play, and help children feel safe and valued.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young children, especially with SEND, and will work Monday to Friday 8.45am to 12.30pm. Temporary contract until 31 March 2027, with funding linked extension possible.

• Experience with SEND and working with young children

• Help children feel safe, valued and ready to learn, with experience of supporting young children with SEND
• Understand the importance of warm relationships and a consistent approach

• Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am–12.30pm; Term Time Only plus inset days; Temporary contract until 31 March 2027
