The Learning Experience in East Finchley is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Senior to lead activities, ensure high standards of care, and support families within our EYFS framework.

Join our purpose-built learning environment and contribute to a nurturing, professional workplace that values staff development, progression, and high-quality early years education.

Formación

• A full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator).
• Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children’s developmental needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards.
• Monitor and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families.
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality childcare and education.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Salary: Up to £32,261 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: East Finchley, London
