Busy Bees Nurseries in Banbury is opening a brand-new nursery this Winter, and we are seeking a passionate Room Leader to join us as we give our children the best start in life.

You will create engaging learning experiences, lead a dedicated team, and build strong relationships with families while upholding the highest standards of safety and well-being. Competitive pay (£14.85/hr), career progression, and family-friendly benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience in an early years setting (Room Leader/Manager/Practitioner).
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
• Passion for fostering children's development and building relationships with families.
