Job summary

Busy Bees is opening a brand-new nursery in Banbury, offering an exciting Room Leader position with a competitive hourly rate of £14.85. We’re seeking dynamic childcare professionals with Level 3+ in early years, ready to lead a team and nurture children in a vibrant new setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
