Busy Bees is opening a brand-new nursery in Shoeburyness and seeks a passionate Room Leader to shape the early years journey for 81 children.

You will lead a dedicated team, plan engaging activities, and collaborate closely with families to support development while maintaining top health and safety standards. Competitive pay plus vast benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

• Level 3 qualification or abovein early years education
