Busy Bees Warwick Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and lead the delivery of high-quality care and education at our Warwick site.

You will inspire a team, ensure the seamless integration of educational strategies across the centre, and take on Key Person responsibilities to support children's development and wellbeing. This is a rewarding leadership role within Busy Bees, a leading UK nursery group.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
