Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a Room Leader in High Wycombe to oversee multiple rooms, drive the Bee Curious curriculum, and support a team of practitioners. This leadership role focuses on delivering high standards of care and learning, while ensuring children’s development is tracked and families are engaged.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 EY qualification with supervisory experience, and brings strong leadership, organisational and communication skills to foster a positive, nurturing environment

Qualifications

  • Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about fostering childrens development and creating positive relationships with families.
