Partou Smiley's Day Nursery & Pre-school in Stafford is hiring a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the day‑to‑day running of a dedicated nursery room. You will lead a small team and ensure activities align with the EYFS to support every child’s learning and development.

The role requires a minimum Level 3 in Early Years, strong EYFS knowledge, and a track record of leading teams in early years settings. You will contribute to safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

Stafford, Staffordshire | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary £29,432 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Partou Smiley's Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
