Partou Smiley's Day Nursery & Pre-school in Stafford is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a full-time, permanent role. You will oversee the day-to-day running of a room, lead a small team, and ensure children engage in stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS.

We require a minimum Level 3 EYFS qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and proven leadership. In return, receive a £1,000 welcome bonus, 23 days annual leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

Partou Smiley's Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
