Job summary

Partou Bluebells Day Nursery & Pre-school in Preston, Lancashire, is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee a room, lead a team and support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. This full-time role includes a £29,432 salary plus a £5,000 welcome bonus.

You will inspire your team, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and engage with families to support children’s progress and safeguarding commitments.

About the Role

Partou Bluebells Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week roleofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
