Job summary

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to manage a room full-time (40 hours) and oversee activities aligned with the EYFS.

You will lead a team, ensure a safe, inclusive environment, and partner with families to support children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.

About the Role

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
