Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead our Leatherhead nursery team. You will plan and deliver activities that meet children's developmental needs in line with EYFS standards, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Early Years setting as a Room Leader or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Nursery Room Leader – Leatherhead

Salary: Up to £35,006 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
• Strong knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
