Job summary

Odin Recruitment Group is seeking a Room Leader for a Weybridge nursery. The role focuses on planning and delivering activities aligned with children's developmental needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing EYFS-compliant environment, and celebrating milestones.

You will engage families and lead colleagues to uphold high-quality care and learning. The position requires a Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, with experience in an Early Years setting.

Qualifications

• Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care

Nursery Room Leader – Weybridge

Salary: Up to £31,500 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
