Busy Bees Warwick Day Nursery and Preschool in Warwick is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive high standards of care and learning. You will lead a dedicated team, plan activities, and ensure each child’s development is supported and monitored.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
