Busy Bees Nurseries in Bishopsgarth, Stockton is seeking a Room Leader for our Toddler Room. You’ll lead a passionate team and create engaging early years experiences for young children, helping them learn and laugh every day.

You’ll have a Level 3 qualification in early years, strong leadership and communication skills, and a love for mentoring staff and building positive relationships with families. This is a role for a dedicated practitioner eager to help shape a brand‑new nursery from the

Are you our perfect Room Leader?

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
