Tinies Poole is seeking a Baby Room Leader to join our purpose-built nursery, delivering high-quality early years care and education in a stimulating environment. You will lead a team of practitioners, ensure safeguarding standards, and provide an outstanding experience for children and families.
This full-time role in Poole offers 40 hours per week and a salary up to £29,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.

As a Room leader, you will support the Management team in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.
