As a Nursery Room Leader, you will support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.
