Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Leeds is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee planning and delivery of the Bee Curious curriculum while leading a team of practitioners. You will create a safe, inclusive learning environment and act as Key Person for a group of children, ensuring their development and wellbeing are monitored and communicated to families.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in early years education and supervisory experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage, ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

About Our Nursery

Wakefield is a purpose-built nursery located in a tranquil business park, rated "Good" by Ofsted with a capacity of 112 children. The nursery features four spacious base rooms, each equipped with its own outdoor area, promoting exploration and play.
