Job summary

Partou Shepherds Lane Day Nursery & Pre‑school in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, is hiring a Nursery Room Leader for a full‑time, 40 hours per week role. You will oversee a room, lead the team, and ensure activities support learning and development in line with EYFS.

You will foster safeguarding, build strong partnerships with families, and contribute to the Partou Academy training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.

About the Role

Partou Shepherds Lane Day Nursery & Pre‑school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full‑time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
