Flow Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a part-time, term-time role in Harrow. The successful candidate will provide warm, responsive care and support children’s development in a safe nursery environment.
Responsibilities include planning activities, observing progress, maintaining safeguarding standards and working closely with families and colleagues to deliver high-quality early years experiences.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm
Contract: Term time only
Qualification: Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team on a part-time, term-time basis.
The successful candidate will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment. You will work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for young children.
Provide warm, responsive and attentive care to children.
Support children’s learning and development through play and planned activities.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures.
Observe and support children’s progress and development.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.
Encourage children’s independence, confidence and social development.
Work effectively as part of the nursery team.
We are looking for someone who is:
Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or holds a recognised full-and-relevant qualification.
Caring, patient and enthusiastic about working with young children.
Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
Able to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Passionate about providing high-quality early years experiences.
Working pattern: 9:00am–1:00pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.
