Job summary

Little Hart’s Childcare in Billericay is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team for a part-time role.

This position offers 21 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) with pay of £13 per hour. Training and support will be provided, and previous room leader experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking for a part-time role, with room leader experience desirable but not essential. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

The Role

• Position: Nursery Practitioner
• Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Hours: 21 hours per week
• Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• Pay: £13 per hour
• Experience: Previous room leader experience would be an advantage, but full training and support can be provided

Working Hours

• Monday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Caring, reliable and enthusiastic
• Confident working as part of a team
• Ideally experienced in a room leader or senior practitioner role, although this is not essential
• Keen to develop their skills with ongoing training and support
