Thrive Childcare and Education in Warrington is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Culcheth. You will support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery environment, delivering activities in line with EYFS and fostering strong relationships with families.

We welcome applicants with Level 3 Early Years qualifications, good EYFS knowledge, and a caring, proactive approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Culcheth, Warrington. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities – Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers

• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
