Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for Corner House Wistaston, Crewe. This role supports children’s learning and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery, delivering high-quality education within a caring team.

The ideal candidate holds Level 3 EYFS, with EYFS knowledge, strong teamwork and communication, and a passionate, proactive approach to childcare. Full-time and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner
