Job summary

Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner for Corner House Wistaston Nursery, Crewe. You will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing environment.

We value passionate practitioners with Level 3 EYFS, strong teamwork and excellent communication. This role offers full-time and part-time hours, a supportive team, and clear progression within our North West childcare network.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children’s learning, development, and school readiness
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
• Continue your professional development as an Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Corner House Wistaston, Crewe. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.
