TeacherActive Limited. is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Shipston-on-Stour to join our flexible bank staff roster. You will provide care and support for children, adapting to a weekly rota with shifts between 8am and 6pm.

Flexible hours and ongoing training are offered, with competitive hourly pay (£15-£16). The role suits those returning to childcare or seeking extra hours, while making a real difference in young learners' daily lives.

Nursery Practitioner

Location: Shipston-on-Stour

Salary: £15- £16 per hour

Hours: Flexible Hours between 8am - 6pm

Contract: Flexible Bank Staff

Are you looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle but want to still support in childcare as much as possible?

I am supporting a wonderful nursery, who are in need of caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. They have flexibility to work around a week;y rota, whereby you will be able to pick up as many shifts as your availability allows. The nursery are keen to build a pool of familiar faces, and create a good close knit team of staff to fill these weekly rotas.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. These shifts can start at 8am and the latest shift would be 6pm, with rota times varying between this.

• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
