Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting Nursery Practitioners in Shipston-on-Stour for flexible bank shifts. You will support children’s learning, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and help create engaging activities while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

This role offers flexible hours between 8am and 6pm, with a rota that fits around your availability, and ongoing training to develop your childcare skills.

Are you looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle but want to still support in childcare as much as possible?

I am supporting a wonderful nursery, who are in need of caring, enthusiastic, and reliable

Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. They have flexibility to work around a week;y rota, whereby you will be able to pick up as many shifts as your availability allows. The nursery are keen to build a pool of familiar faces, and create a good close knit team of staff to fill these weekly rotas.

You'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. These shifts can start at 8am and the latest shift would be 6pm, with rota times varying between this.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.


• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Working as part of a supportive and passionate nursery team.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
