Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking Bank Staff for our nursery team in Warwick to provide flexible hours and support across daily routines and activities. You will work to create engaging activities, support learning, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a busy nursery setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility to cover shifts, and strong communication with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A positive, friendly, and caring attitude.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.

Hours: Flexible Hours between 8am - 6pm
