TeacherActive Ltd is seeking caring, enthusiastic Bank Nursery Practitioners to join a friendly nursery in CV37. As a bank staff member you’ll support weekly, providing extra hours with shifts starting as early as 8:30am and finishing by 5:30pm, working within a reliable and proactive team to help children learn, play and thrive.

You’ll build positive relationships with children and families, assist with daily routines, create engaging activities, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and

Salary: £14.25 to £17 an hour

Hours: Flexible Hours between 8.30am - 5.30pm

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team who are needing support weekly from a reliable and proactive team of bank staff. As a bank staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. The nursery are looking to build a group of regular bank staff who they can use weekly to support with extra hours. These shifts can start as early as 8.30am and the latest shift would be 5.30pm, with rota times varying between this.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Helping to create fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Working as part of a supportive and passionate nursery team.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with young children.

• Reliability and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
