Job summary

GSL Education seeks a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Bolton Nurseries team. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young children learn, play, and thrive. You’ll act as a Key Person, track development, and lead EYFS-based activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 2+ NVQ/Diploma in Early Years or Childcare, have EYFS knowledge, and enjoy working with ages 0–5. Rotas and hours are 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, with competitive pay and ongoing training.

• Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 2+ NVQ/Diploma in Early Years or Childcare equivalent.
• Experience: Experience working in an early years setting with ages 0–5.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Location: Bolton.

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Temporary

Hours: ~40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, rotas between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary: £14.25 - 16.83 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
