Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Bolton on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. You will deliver engaging EYFS activities while safeguarding and supporting children's wellbeing.

The role requires Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification and prior nursery experience, in a setting rated Outstanding by OFSTED. The successful candidate will join an independent Bolton nursery, with a welcoming environment and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
• Understanding safeguarding and child wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support children throughout the setting and deliver EYFS activities.

The Nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout the setting, helping to deliver engaging EYFS activities while ensuring their individual learning, development and wellbeing needs are met.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting
• Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A good understanding of safeguarding and supporting children's wellbeing
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Reliability, adaptability and strong communication skills
