Job summary

Willing Care Ltd in London Bromley area is seeking a caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an experienced Early Years team. The role focuses on play-based learning and a secure, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

You will work within a calm setting designed for young learners, following consistent routines and collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices.

• Experience in Early Years/Nursery setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play
• Create a safe, calm and nurturing environment where children feel secure and valued
• Follow consistent daily routines while responding to children's individual needs
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress
• Support children in exploring their interests and developing new skills
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates on their child's development
• Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to maintain high standards of care
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies
