Randstad UK is seeking enthusiastic Early Years practitioners for supply roles in Gravesend and surrounding areas. You will support a variety of welcoming early years settings, supervising children aged 0-5, assisting staff with routines, and setting up engaging activities on a flexible schedule.

Qualified candidates with CACHE/NVQ Level 2/3 are preferred; unqualified applicants with passion for childcare are also welcome. DBS update service is required or can be arranged.

Formación

• CACHE / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Unqualified candidates: passion for working with young children, proactive attitude, transferable childcare experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and children.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to different nursery routines and environments.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

• Promote positive behaviour and support children’s social and emotional development throughout the day.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, flexible shifts available)
