Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a permanent Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to support children in East Grinstead and Forest Row, West Sussex borders.

You will deliver high-quality EYFS learning experiences, act as a Key Person, and help children reach their full potential in a supportive, nurturing setting with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
• DBS check required (assistance available) and a commitment to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Act as a Key Person, observing and tracking children's development to support their progress.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers through daily updates.
• Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards within the nursery.
